Amazing hotel, stunning location, wonderful atmosphere of a real vacation. The reception was warm and cordial. There was an emphasis on small details like parking the car and bringing the equipment to the room. Staff explains many, always with a smile and a desire to help. Excellent cleanliness. A real experience. Thank you very much.

Along with really great food, the hotel has some notable drawbacks. First and foremost, a general stingy atmosphere. It was to be expected that espresso tablets would not be supplied sparingly, as well as mineral water or shower gel. But all of these were provided sparingly. Milk in the room? No way. Seemingly these are small things, but when the room is small and the mattresses are not really hard, it makes all the difference.

מרגע הכניסה למלון והפגישה עם מיכל הנהדרת,דרך עובדי חדר האוכל והחדרניות המקסימות ועד רגע עזיבת המלון, קיבלנו יחס נפלא והרגשה שאנחנו מאד רצויים במקום ואכן, נפגש שוב בקרוב.

לא הגענו למלון בעקבות ביטול פתיחת בתי המלון, אך לאחר ניביונות התקשרות רבים נזכרו להודיע לנו מטעם מלונות ישראל ישיר, כשעה וחצי לפני קבלת החדרים. בינתיים לא ניתן לנו שום פיצוי על עוגמת הנפש, אריזת המזוודות, לקיחת 3 ימי חופש מהעבודה והנסיעה לכיוון שנקטעה באמצע הדרך. אם לא יהיה פיצוי נאות על מה שעברנו במיוחד עבור חופשת יום הולדת, נדאג להעביר את חוות דעתינו הלאה ונפנה לגורמים משפטיים.

Except breakfast was delicious, dinner was poor and the poor quality compared to previous times we stayed at this hotel. Also welcomed `` Hmhommt`` considerable cost savings, since the temperature of the water was 28 degrees and it was really cool and moving into the pool which should be at least at a temperature of 30 degrees.

The hotel is very pleasant. The outdoor pool was fun and the inner. Noticeable teams in each industry are doing everything they can to please vacationers. Fresh food is very tasty and unique, and serving as a fancy restaurant every dish decorated with great charm.

In the current year decreased level of hotel I would expect to get a very high price value we were disappointed when we demanded NIS 390 when we asked to stay until this past Vecses happened Needless to say that our visit to fourth

Professional service pleasant and accessible to all neat and clean rooms during cleaning cleaners never felt as it were an unknown someone came and ordered room became instantly professionally .tzoot favorite restaurant giving and caring service. The food at the hotel was exceptionally varied and satisfying meals. The spa was amazing I enjoyed every minute of the level of expertise of the therapists. And enjoyed a dance class combined. The place is very quiet and pacifier reach to shut everything out and just relax, including strengthening the atmosphere of the hotel gives physical and emotional reassurance.
